What makes a custom build different from a project home?
A project home is a catalogue design adapted to your block; a custom build starts with your block, your budget and the way you live. You're not paying for a display-home machine — you're paying for a home designed and built once, for you.
Can you renovate and extend at the same time?
Yes — and it's usually the smart way to do it. One scope, one programme and one builder means the new work and the reworked spaces meet seamlessly instead of reading as two separate jobs.
How do selections and finishes work?
We lock selections in before the build starts. It protects the price you were quoted and the programme you were promised — and it means the decisions get made calmly, not under site pressure.
