Concept to completion
From empty block to finished build.
A new build is the one project where every decision is still open — and every decision matters. We take your plans, or help you shape them, and carry the whole build under one roof: set-out, structure, services, cladding, fit-off and finish.
The structure is where we're uncompromising. Engineered slabs, straight frames and honest tolerances aren't things you see at handover — they're the reason the house still feels solid twenty years later. We build them as if we'll be back to inspect every one.
Because one licensed builder is accountable for the whole scope, nothing falls between trades. You get a realistic programme, a quote you can rely on, and open communication at every stage of the build.
The process

Four stages, each signed off before the next begins — so you always know where the build stands.
Site & slab
Clearing or demolition, set-out and an engineered slab poured, cured and inspected before anything goes up.
Frame & roof
Walls up and roof on — the shape of the home appears, checked against the drawings at every hold point.
Lock-up & services
Windows, doors and cladding seal the build while electrical, plumbing and mechanical services are roughed in.
Fit-off & handover
Linings, joinery, tiling and paint — then we walk every room with you before the keys change hands.

New builds, answered.
Do you help with plans and approvals?
Yes. We work alongside your architect or draftsperson from the early stages, flag buildability and budget issues before they're locked into the drawings, and manage the documentation the approval process needs.
Can you build from our architect's plans?
Absolutely — most of our builds start exactly that way. We price from your drawings, raise anything that will cause trouble on site early, and build to the documented detail.
Do you take on knock-down rebuilds?
Yes. We manage the whole sequence — demolition, site preparation and the new build — as one scope with one point of contact, so nothing is lost between contractors.
How involved will we be during the build?
As involved as you want to be. At minimum you'll get walkthroughs at every key stage and a single contact who knows your job in detail — and you're welcome on site whenever it's safe to have you there.
